Coronavirus Support Campaign

From 2016 to 2020 I was the senior interaction designer for our largest client, NatWest Group. Working closely with Digital Operations, Web Development, QA and Client Services teams, I built and coded hundreds of promotional microsites and dynamic HTML emails each year. During the peak of the first wave of the COVID-19 pandemic, I produced the master templates for the 'Coronavirus Support' dynamic email campaign for NatWest, RBS & Ulster Bank.

In 2020, during the first wave of the COVID-19 pandemic, we created a dynamic email campaign to attract more young people to study for degrees in nursing and increase UCAS applications for the NHS. I was tasked with designing and coding the master templates. The campaign achieved an average open rate of 42.5%, with 65% of recipients opening the initial welcome email. Engagement was also high, with average click-through rates of around 15%.
