NatWest Group

Coronavirus Support Campaign

From 2016 to 2020 I was the Senior Interaction Designer for our largest client, NatWest Group. Working closely with Digital Operations, Web Development, QA, and Client Services Teams, I built and coded hundreds of promotional microsites and dynamic HTML emails each year. During the peak of the first wave of the COVID-19 pandemic, I produced the master templates for the 'Coronavirus Support' dynamic email Campaign for NatWest, RBS & Ulster Bank.

Nurse Recruitment

In 2020, during the first wave of the COVID-19 pandemic, we created a dynamic email campaign to attract more young people to study for degrees in nursing and increase UCAS applications for the NHS. I was tasked with designing and coding the master templates. The campaign achieved an average open rate of 42.5%, with 65% of recipients opening the initial welcome email. Engagement was also high, with average click-through rates of around 15%.

Welcome Packs

HSBC needed their Welcome Pack PDFs converted into mobile responsive HTML. I was tasked with designing and coding the master HTML & CSS, and delegating the work for 6 x 68-page documents, to the junior members of the design team.
